Thanks for looking. The picture of the device shown is representative of the unit you will receive...or better. All of our nanos have new batteries installed even if its an open box unit. Some of the screens on our units are also new.
We are finding that these parts are running a defective rate of around 6%. Therefore we offer a no hassle, absolutely free return. We've been doing this a long time and will correct most issues that may arise. We just ask for your patience. Most of the devices we sell are older than some of your children. :). Leaving negative feedback helps nobody, so if you are prone to losing your patience if you receive a defective product please don't buy from us. We are human and we do our best.
If the unit comes with accessories expect generic cords.
