Apparently, originally from Montenegro on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, across from ITALY, as shown in pictures it has a beautiful patina of a well-used HAND-BLOWN bottle of its time. I is approx.12" tall to top of spout and a 5" diameter. Says "V. MONTENEGRO, B-22, SANFORD PCIA, SANTA FE"  & "VALLEJOY HERRERA ENDENANZA INDUSTRIES" on the neck of the spout. Embossed on the side is "SODA B-22, MONTENEGRO SANFORD S. FE". Dated 1935. Does it work? NO IDEA but looks like it might.
