The item was purchased from a retail store liquidation lot.

It is in good condition, working as should.

The tent’s rainfly has one of the clips at the end torn off. We think that this was the reason as to why the product was returned and liquidated. We think that something may be done so that it can be repaired and used as should.

Also has some very small signs of usage, but overall it is truly in great condition, ready be used.
