  • This upgraded full stainless steel Conical fermenter is designed for beer making or cider/winemaking. It can ferment under pressure< 3 bar.
  • The new version has upgraded the design for control of pressure, serving of beer as well as installation of chilling coil.
  • In addition to the original features, the newly designed fermenter has:
  • - An Integrated lid with post for beer out and gas in, which is also able to connect with a duo-tight sounding valve kit to control fermenting pressure
  • - Comes with a silicone dip tube floating kit, which allows you to extract the clearest possible liquid in your pressure vessel from the top, instead of from the bottom.
  • - The new lid has 2 pre-drilled 22mm holes but is blocked with 1/2" BSP screw and nuts. These two holes allow you to install the twisted chilling coil with push-in fitting so you don't need to buy a separate lid with coil. And you also can remove the chilling coil when you don't need it.
  • - The integrated lid comes with 1/2" BSP thread hole and a stainless steel CIP spray ball (which is sold in the accessories bundle) which means you can easily clean the fermenter by running a CIP spray ball.
  • - The new lid also has a manual gas outlet allowing you to run the fermentation under normal pressure; just connect the barb with a silicone hose and put the hose into a PET bottle with water.
  • - There's an extra 3" sight glass welded into the fermenter for easy observation of the fermenting process .
  • - The bundle kit comes with a 1/4" BSP thermowell which can replace the analog thermometer. This way you can probe with a digital thermometer or a temperature controller
