Beautiful Royal China's Cavalier Ironstone Sussex round platter measuring 11.5 in diameter. USA made with glossy finish. The backstamp is impressed and reads "USA".

Platter is in great condition with no chips or cracks, and only minimal utensil marks. There is a small production flaw on in the underside where a piece of foreign debris has been included under the glaze (possibly a kiln mark). See pictures for details.

Overall a lovely piece that would be a nice addition to an existing set or as a stand-alone.
