I am not 100% sure about the tire. My dad was a big Mustang guy when I was a kid and had a handful of extra parts and items he kept in his garage and this was one of them. He said he never used it but that's about as much as I know. It looks to be in excellent condition but again I just don't know much about it. Please let me know if you need additional photos.
