Shipping

All items are shipped either via CANADA POST OR USPS. In most cases, we ship orders within 24 hours-48 hours  after receiving your payment (not including weekends and holidays) . Express deliveries via Canada post / USPS are available ask for quote. We do allow customers to use their own shipping carrier or local pick-up just send us a message and let us know. 

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. There are no exceptions to this policy. Inspect items as soon as you receive them and report any issues promptly . We keep track of serial numbers on every item we sell. Returned items with serial number that do not match our records will be refused.

Warranty

No return or exchange will be accepted outside the 30 days window. There is no exceptions to this policy. Please test all items upon arrival and report any issues immediately and we will be more than happy to assist you.  Please let us know before opening return as we might resolve the issue for you . If item is specified as for parts or repair -  item is sold as-is, it is a final sale without a return ( item is tested only to the point where mentioned anything beyond that should be assumed as faulty )
