You will receive the exact figure pictured.  The figure is used but is in pretty good shape cosmetically.  I am not sure if the figure is working as it should.  The legs and arms do not move.  The right leg seems like it may be broken. The sound does work tho.  The little wheel on his tail is missing as well.  The figure is being sold as is.  He would make for an awesome display piece.
