Rare Vintage Composition Mini Patsyette Effanbee Patsy doll. She has a strung body, molded brown hair, and blue eyes. She does have signs of wear to point out, including surface cracks and crazing to the composition ( see in images).Most of the crazing is on her arms and legs, although there is crazing on the body as well. But she has crazing on her face also and other areasHer arms and legs have a different color than her body. I don't know if that's the color under the paint that fell off,or if someone had painted it. I bought this in this condition, make sure you are happy with the dolls appearance and condition described. Her hair is missing a bit of paint at the bangs. She is also missing paint on her head.  There is chipping to her shoes. There are also other misc discolorations and chips.  I don't know if it is even strung properly to begin with.

This doll came in this box set that a child could  sew outfits for her dollie. The only things you will receive is what you see I'm the images inside of the box. It includes
