Olympus WS-320M Digital Voice Recorder and Music Player.  Unique design where the battery compartment comes off and the recorder converts to a USB drive.  Tested and works!  Includes manual, headphones and USB extension cable.  Headphones look unused.  Includes battery as shown.   Battery compartment spring terminal was cleaned due to a leaky battery as shown in the picture.
