NOTE: Please take a minute to understand the differences as you
evaluate airline postcards. All over the world there are photographers
at airports taking pictures of aircraft. You can see the results on
several sites on the internet.
Postcards are issued by airlines for advertising purposes, given on flights and included in promotional material.
These
"Airline Issued", postcards are the most desirable and rarest as they
have a shorter life and usually are eliminated from inventory when the
airline retires the aircraft type, or changes livery. The reverse of the
postcard is where it usually denotes that it was published by the
airline. This postcard was airline issued as shown on the reverse.
I make it well known if the postcard is "Airline Issued" so as to inform and acknowledge the status of the postcard.
