It is delivered in boxes, ready for self-assembly.

Please lift the product when you want to move it, do not drag it.

WARRANTY:
Our products are covered with 12 months warranty.
If you receive damaged item, please contact us immediately and we are more than happy to arrange replacement.
DELIVERY INFO - IMPORTANT!:
Delivery on the pallet as a commercial service, kerbside only.
The pallet will be left outside the property. There is no tracking service for the delivery.
Delivery made by 3rd party courier company from Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
Once delivery is set up by courier company it cannot be re-arranged.
Delivery is made by courier schedule.

We are not able to guarantee the lead-time to an exact date, but we give the best and most accurate information available.
At the time of ordering, most products state the estimated delivery time not guaranteed.
Once you agree to accept the delivery and, for any reason, you are not present at the delivery address on the delivery day, we reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge of £50.00.
We strongly recommend the buyer's presence on the delivery day. (Parcels left in the garden/shed/safe place/etc are on buyer's responsibility only and we are not liable to any lost/damaged parcels).

RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 14 days on buyer's cost.
Please note: The product must be returned brand new and in it's original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns of items already assembled. Assembled (partially or fully) items cannot be returned.
