Sintered racing pads are the classic racetrack brake pads for Supersport and Superbike. They are often used for track days with street bikes, for race track training and for races (Track & Road Racing). Depending on the brake system and the motorcycle, they are still the first choice for many racing drivers. The slightly higher wear in comparison is compensated by the good price-performance ratio. SBS offers a very high level here thanks to many years of experience in the top motor sport classes.

Brake pads are part of the overall fit of the motorcycle to the rider. Depending on the remaining components of the brake system, depending on the motorcycle and its equipment / set-up (e.g. chassis / tires), depending on the driving skills, depending on the budget and depending on the application, different pads can offer the optimum. The differences in the possible lap times with the rubbers we offer are of the order of magnitude more in the tenths than in the seconds range. Further differences can be found in the wear behavior and thus also in the price-performance ratio. The individual optimum can then also depend heavily on personal feeling for the brakes. We therefore recommend: Testing and using empirical values (also from other drivers).

Two sets (each two single pads) for one caliper. You need two sets for a full exchange (in most cases).

Sinter Racing pads are the classic brake pads for supersport and superbike racing. They were mostly used for trackdays with a streetbike, for practice sessions on the racetrack or for track and road racing. Depending on brake setting and bike they are often chosen by many riders in first place. A little higher wear in comparison to other pads is compensated by a good price-performance ratio. SBS is offering a very high level by long experiences in top motorsport classes.

Brake pads are one part of the whole bike setting for the rider. Depending on the rest of the setting, depending on driving skills, depending on budget and intended use, different brake pads may offer the optimum. The differences in possible lap times between us offered brake pads are to be assumed about a second or less. You find some more difference in wear and price-performance ratio. The individual optimum can therefore strongly depend on the personal feeling for the brake. We suggest therefor to test and use experiences (also from other riders).
