Description

Label printer with a wide range of integrated connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, wired Ethernet, Bluetooth and AirPrint. The large back-lit LCD display enables easy setup and operation.

The QL-820NWB comes with a host of connectivity options meaning you can connect to your PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet using USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. 

Alternatively you can use it in standalone mode by selecting and printing labels previously designed and uploaded to the memory, using the integrated backlit LCD display.  When used with special rolls, you can print labels that can contain both black and red print without needing any ink, making it ideal for printing labels to highlight important information such as dates and allergen information.

Shipping Details

Goods are usually delivered within the UK in 1 to 3 working days following the day of purchase. All our goods are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes or other suitable courier and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not available when the parcel arrives, a card may be left for you to arrange an alternative date with the courier for collection/re-delivery. Please allow 5 days before inquiring about non-delivery, unless the tracking shows otherwise.

Shipment to Europe usually takes 4 to 7 days and to the rest of the world up to 15 days. However, delivery time will vary depending on the method of delivery and the destination. 

All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional postage charge before being re-shipped to you. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process.

Return Policy

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind within 30 days from the date of purchase. The unused goods must be returned within 14 days of approval and we will offer you an exchange or a refund.  

ALL RETURNS must be approved in accordance with our returns policies stated below.  

1.  All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery. 

2.  Items ordered in error or not required after delivery must be returned at the Customer's own expense. A full refund of the cost of the goods will be offered if:  

•     returned unused, unopened and undamaged. 

•     returned in their original condition & packaging. 

•     received by us within 14 days of being authorised. 

3.  If it is evident that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to reject the return request. 

4.  All refunds will be made within 3 days of receipt of the returned consignment.  

5.  If an item is received "dead on arrival", this must be notified to us within 5 days of receipt of the item. We will exchange the item for you, or refund you if this is not possible.  

6.  If you wish to return an item for any reason whatsoever, you must do so via eBay returns or eBay messaging from your account.
