Condition is New. ( meaning this is new and sealed in the box ) if you are a collector that does not open your Lego. I can not guarantee the shippers will not throw the package around. And can not guarantee it will be MINT on arrival. Only way that can happen is If you pick it up in person.

I love Lego as much as the people who buy them from me, but I am also realistic about how our items are handle from me to you. I will package the Lego nicely. And do everything I can on my end to help it get to you in the best of condition.

And it is for these reason I have been burned and lost so much money. That I do not accept returns.
