Our products are made with 30.69 oz. nylon-canvas with a durable rubber sole and rear pull loop for ease of wearing.

SIZING

Please see the sizing chart and pick accordingly as different countries have different sizes.

SHIPPING

Average production time is 2 to 4 days days upon which we will dispatch your order (normal working days Mon-Fri, excluding bank and public holiday), items ordered after 4pm will be classed as next working day. 

Following production which takes 2 to 4 days, orders normally take a further 10-30 days delivery depending on our printers shipping demands. If you have any queries on your delivery date please message us and we will endeavour to get you an exalt date once they have been dispatched.

RETURNS

We sincerely hope that all our products leave us and arrive in perfect condition but in the unlikely event your item is damaged in transit or does not arrive then please contact us with your order number and full details of the problem and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

BUYER'S REMORSE 

We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse i.e. you have changed your mind. Our products are made to order and therefore we cannot offer this option.

EXCHANGES

Although we operate a No Exchange Policy, subject to the discretion of Tidy Daps Products, items may be exchanged for a different size provided that the item(s) are returned in their original sell-able condition; new; clean, unwashed, and unused with any tags still attached. It is the customers responsibility to return the initial item(s) and upon receipt we will proceed to provide the requested exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please contact us at Tidy Daps in the first instance for further details.
