• Please check with the item photo before you bid or ask for more photos so as to avoid any argument.

• Please ASK before you bid / buy.

Shipping Time

• Normally we ship within 48 hours.

• Express ( 3 working days ), Air ( 1 to 2 weeks ) or Surface ( 1 to 2 months )

• Above shipping times are in normal case. We are not responsible for any shipping delay ( e.g. custom / post office / festival ).

Ship- Tracking and Security

• Unless paid and shipped in tracking no. , otherwise we are not responsible for package lost.

• If package is paid with tracking no and is lost ( with official post office notice ) , we will send you other set or full refund.

• To France, tracking no. is a MUST or we will refund you all payment minus US 5 service charge.

• If items are returned due to Buyer’s Country Custom policy. We will refund items fee after deduced return shipping fee ( if any shipping fee are needed to be charged on our side ) only but not shipping fee.

• Please ask if you have any other shipping requirements before payment.

Shipping Fee

We stated shipping fees in our listing. If you don’t agree to pay for this, you can use Surface Shipping or please don’t buy it.

Combined Shipping

We do combine shipping. Normally is 2^nd item (and lower shipping fee) and so on will have half shipping fee. Please ask.

APO/FPO Shipping

“support our troops” . We ship to APO/FPO addresses. For reliable, please choose to ship to your base in US.

Refund

• If you don’t like the item within 48 hours after you received, we will refund you items fee only after we received the returned items ( buyer pays the shipping fee with tracking no. ). No shipment will be refund.

Remarks

• Except previous agreement, winning party please pay within 10 days or negative feedback will be left.

• If you have opinions on the items we sold, please contact us but don’t use the feedback system to inform us such matters.
