Made by the Mulholland Silver Company.

The Company opened around 1912, closed in 1932.

The holders are 9 inches tall, hammered base and top sides of the stems.

Stamped on bottom with Windmill, EPNS and the numbers 1832 A. Silver Plate In Very Good Polished Used Condition.
