Unless this item is listed as new.. all of my tools, vintage and antique items and fabrics are sold as is in pictured condition with signs of age wear use and patina.  I do not clean, alter or repair anything I am selling as I feel it is important to let the purchaser decide if they want the item they are buying cleaned, restored etc.
