This is a small plush tuxedo kitty from Russ. She’s wearing a cute little party hat! Measures a little over 7” with her party hat included, while plush itself is a little over 5”.

She’s in good used condition — no stains, holes, tears etc. Just has a minor bit of scuffing on her nose and eyes, as shown towards the end of the listing pictures.
