Hate to part with this game and wish for a fellow collector to have it.  This is fully complete in the original outer box.  Poster is hole free and has never been hung!  Artbook and Guide has very minimal wear around the edges, spin is perfect.  Game case, inserts, manual, and disc are in mint condition.  Outer embossed box has minor wear around the edges from being opened and stored over the years. If you wish for anymore pictures let me know.

Game disc has very minor surface scratches from being played over the years.  Manual is mint with reg card still attached!!  Was purchased new and I am the original owner.

I no longer game and each game comes out of my personal cared for collection.
