We install generic batteries in all iPods and nanos regardless of age.  Sometimes they fail upon delivery.  Sometimes the control buttons fail because of pressure during delivery.  Sometimes the screens will fail because of pressure during delivery.  WE OFFER A NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY to stand behind our products.  We've repaired tens of thousands of these units. Thus there is no reason to leave negative feedback.

If you have a tendency to lose your patience quickly - Don't buy from us.  These devices are older than some of your kids.  

If you require a message to be returned within 24 hours -  do not buy from us.  We are busy repairing items and will return your message the following day.
