This is in very good used condition. It measures 16.5 inches from bottom to top of fiber optic light and 14.5 inches from bottom to top of head. From wing to wing is 8 inches wide. Inside cone is 10.5 in deep and 5 inches wide. take 3 AA BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED
