Warwick Streamer Standard Natural Oil 2001 4 String Bass

Here for sale we have a Warwick Streamer Standard 4 string electric bass in Natural Oil finish. Built in Germany in 2001 this bass features a Carolena (likely Southern Yellow Pine) body, an Ovangkol neck, a 24 fret Wenge fingerboard, along with a pair of MEC humbuckers, wired to dual volumes and a master tone.

The neck plays well, offering a smooth and comfortable playing surface, with a moderate 'D' shape that gives ergonomic thumb positioning. Dual cutaways give great access to the upper register and weighing in at a total of 8.8lbs the Streamer Standard is nice and easy on the shoulders.

The MEC pickups sound thick and full, complimented nicely by the flatwound strings, offering a warm low end, a smooth midrange and a muted high end. The intuitive controls offer easy tonal variations, allowing you to blend the two pickups with ease. Overall an excellent workhorse bass!

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition, all aspects of the headstock present minimal signs of previous use. The most notable sign of wear is a small marking to the top edge that can be seen under direct light.

Neck: Overall very good condition, any wear to the neck is indiscernible to the grain of the wood. 

Body: Overall good condition, the body displays scratching and light denting on all faces due to the finish and softness of the wood. The most notable sign of wear is on the front face treble side which presents light denting that can be felt under the finger.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate minimal signs of use
