Vintage Royal Dirt Devil Hand Vac Vacuum Model 103 RED with New Belt EXCELLENT!

2 OF THESE ARE AVAILABLE: Vacuums are in excellent pre-owned condition, CLEAN, and run great! Units have been meticulously cleaned and tuned up with brand new belts installed. Cloth bags have been thoroughly washed and sanitized as well! Units are as good as new! The AC cord on one of the vacuums has a small nick in the outer covering right where it goes into the unit. A piece of electrical tape was put over it to protect it. The nick is only superficial and didn't cut into the wires inside. SEE PICS FOR MORE DETAILS. 

Two of these vacuums are available, the first buyer will get the nicer of the 2 vacuums and will also get a user manual.

The second vacuum to sell will not come with a user manual as there is only one user manual available. 

NOTE: This is the bagless model that does not use paper filter bags, the removable cloth bag on the unit IS the filter. Removable cloth bag is washable. Simply empty bag and throw it in the washing machine for easy cleaning! Any questions feel free to ask!
