According to the box, once completed the building is 2.6 inches high and nearly 12 inches long.
The box has some cosmetic indentations and marks from shelf ware, especially on the front of the box, as you can see in the photos. I have taken detailed photos of the box condition so you know what you are getting. The integrity of the box is 100% intact, as in there's no structural damage, only cosmetic (surface).
