The inside of the Jerky Board is perfectly machined to 3/8 of an inch deep. The insert is 1/8 of an inch thick.  Using the insert will achieve a 1/4 inch depth.  If you need thinner pieces of jerky, extra inserts can be found on our store and will allow you to achieve 1/8 inch depth for ultra thin jerky.


The Jerky Board

is the perfect way to cut 1/4" or 3/8" thick strips of meat every time.

Use the Jerky Board to make perfect strips of meat for jerky.

  It can also be used to slice ham and turkey, as well as fruits and vegetables.

Flip it over and use the Jerky Board to cut your slices into strips.

Works best with a thin blade fillet style knife with 8" blade or longer.
