Brand new - still sealed - new old stock.

These look a lot like the bakelite Sierra Electric plates that I come across and sell pretty often - but there is no maker or country of origin on the packaging, nor does it say they are bakelite.

Double Switch plate measures approx 4 5/8"W x 4.5"H.  Outlet cover measures approx. 4 5/8"H x 2.75"W.
