Lledo Promotional Model
1932 AEC Regal Single Deck Bus
LP17188 - Midland Red
Limited Edition

Jack Odell, one of the founders of the Matchbox diecast company, founded Lledo (Odell backwards) in 1982, and launched the "Days Gone" range of models in 1983, taking over a market previously popularised by the Matchbox "Models of Yesteryear" series. Over the next 15 years, Lledo enjoyed huge success, and their models became highly collectable.

This model was released in 1993. It depicts a 1932 AEC Regal Single Deck Bus, in the red livery of Midland Red. This was a Limited Edition of just 1,000 models, produced to commemorate the Midlands Bus & Commercial Show. It comes complete with its own numbered certificate.
