This particular book was the personal copy of renowned ornithologist Prof. Paul Johnsgard, who was Professor Emeritus, University of Nebraska and authored over 50 books on the subject. Johnsgard wrote his name and university room number, Manter (Hall) 428 on the cover of the card stock slipcase.

Large, oversized hardbound book in Excellent condition - binding tight - covers and pages very clean - no writing, soiling, odors, torn or folded pages, etc.

The dust jacket is also very nice with no rips, chips or tears.
