Shipping

We ship to all states domestically in the continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept orders that ship to Puerto Rico, Us Territories, and APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to Canada, or any other international shipping at this time. These orders may be cancelled by us.

 

Our Shipping Method & Procedure:

Orders that are delivered to us by 8:00 AM Pacific Time on any business day are usually shipped out same day or on the next business day. Orders that are greater than $250 in total value will be shipped out using FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority shipping, this usually takes 1-5 business days for delivery, and will also require a signature upon delivery of goods.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is based on weight and starts at $5.50 unless free shipping is offered on listing or as otherwise noted. We do offer combined shipping discounts for multiple items. These total shipping charges will be automatically computed.

 

Note: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding some major federal holidays.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This return policy excludes pre-orders.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You?ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 day if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Only defective items can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item if a request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. If that item is no longer available, we will issue you a refund back to your original payment method.

We may request that you e-mail a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement or refund is required.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages due to shipping. Packages are insured by the selected carrier when we send them to you. You will be responsible to make and file a claim directly with the carrier.

The issues stated below do not qualify as a defective product;
Package condition, unless you have purchased an item with the "Guaranteed Collectors Grade Mint" Logo in the item description.
Minor cosmetic issues to the item
The item was damaged by you or damaged in the shipping process.


How to prepare your Item for Return Shipping
Please pack the item back in its original shipping box or in an appropriate-sized shipping box and use bubble wrap or other packing fill to adequately protect the item.
Only use the packaging your order came in if it is still in good usable condition.
If the item is damaged in transit or received in less-than-original condition due to improper packaging your refund will be less.

Refunds
We will notify you once we?ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you?ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Pay-Pal may take up to 30 Days. Be sure to read their policy.
