Aura Straight White, Smart WiFi Electric Heated Towel Rails
The problem with most towel rails is the lack of control. The radiator would be left on constantly and need to be switched on and off manually. Then never warm when you need it. Also the surface temperature could be so hot that it could burn the user.
Our R4 towel rail element fixes these problems with market leading levels of controllability. Being one of the few eco design LOT20 compliant bathroom radiators, they’re energy efficient and cost effective to use.
With the towel rail’s WIFI connectivity, it can be controlled with the SolAire App. The app is available for Phones and Tablets and will let you access the R4’s abundance of feature’s from anywhere in the world. A Non WiFi remote control is available separately, giving you backup in case your WiFi is offline.
Like all of our towel rails, the Aura straight white is manufactured to the highest quality standards. This is eye catching when stood next to cheaper towel rails. Also the R4 version has WiFi control and smart features, which will reduce energy consumption and running costs.
WiFi and Non WiFi Control
R4 towel rails can be controlled with and without WiFi. The inbuilt WiFi connectivity, which will let you control the radiator using the smart App.
However the r4 is also supplied with a remote control. With the remote, you have full control over the radiator, without having to use WiFi.

The R4 can also be used without WiFi from control panel. With this the radiator can be switched on / off, the thermostat can be adjusted and a 2 – 4 hour boost facility can be set.
We also have a non WIFI remote, which can be purchased separately. With this, the radiator can be completely controlled without WIFI.
Smart WiFi App
The SolAire WiFi App will let you control the radiator from anywhere in the world.
From the App, all of the radiator’s features, can be controlled with your smart phone or tablet. Making it easier than ever to control your bathroom.
This includes the timer, which will let you programme when the towel rail is on. So you don’t waste money by leaving the radiator on constantly.
With 2 thermostats the R4 can monitor either the room’s air temperature, or the radiator’s surface temperature:
- Select how hot the surface temperature is.
- The R4 can be used as an low surface temperature towel rail. This is useful in preventing people burning themselves. Its also ideal if you’re drying towels, as the thermostat recording is isolated from external heat sources, which would interfere with your towel drying.
- The air temperature thermostat regulates the radiator based on room temperature.
The R4’s state of the art technology is integrated into a single element head. Removing the need for additional unsightly connections and receiver boxes. Everything is built into the element.

Aura towel rails are ASTMB117 tested and salt tested for 250 hours. This strict quality testing ensures a long lifespan for the radiator.
We professionally convert our rails to electric at our North Yorkshire factory. Where it is filled with a radiator solution which will provide consistent heat across the radiator and prevent corrosion.
With 1.5mm steel tubes, the Aura is 50% thicker than the average towel radiator. By increasing the surface area, the heat emission is much greater. Which produces higher BTU outputs to keeps your bathroom warm. We design our bathroom radiators with quality, aesthetics and efficiency in mind. Delivery & Collection
Delivery
Our couriers are APC and DHL. We use APC for larger items such as towel rails, panel heaters, oil filled radiators & mirrors. We use DHL for smaller items such as Accessories (Valves, Element, Small Fan Heaters). The selection of courier may not be indicated on your order details so please make a note of this for when you need to track online.
Proof of delivery
Upon delivery, the courier will place the parcel on the ground, step back 2 metres and request a name. They will take a photo of the parcel and log the GPS coordinates. Delivery will then be signed 'DEL' by the courier as proof of delivery. The online tracking details will update with this information.

Your order will show a tracking number when we have processed the shipping. Our system will send automated emails and texts with the tracking information. Please check the Spam folder in your email box to see if it is sent there. If you do not have a mobile number on your account, you will not receive the texts. Please keep a note of tracking information in case you have any issues.

Safe place
If you are not expecting to be at home when the parcel is going to be delivered, please message or email us with instructions to leave it in a safe place immediately after you order so we can add it to the shipping label. Please include your order number and indicate the website you bought the product from in the email.

In some circumstances the second parcel can arrive at a different time, or even the following day.

Damages
When the courier delivers the item please check the package before you accept it. If there is visible damage to the box and the product inside, you can refuse delivery and it will be returned to us. You can then contact us by message, email or telephone to inform about the damage and we can either exchange the item or refund you.
If you accept the parcel but find that the contents are damaged when you open the box, please contact us by message, email or telephone to inform us and and attach photos of the damage. Please include your order number and website you bought the product from in the email.
We can offer to refund or exchange damaged items. Please keep the box of damaged items because the courier will need it to be packaged when they pick it up. If you do not have the original box anymore you will need to find a suitable box to return the item. An exchange may be done on the same day or on a separate day from when the replacement is delivered.

Christmas opening hours: We close for Christmas on Friday 22nd December. We’re open again on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th, Friday 30th December. Our office opens in the New Year from Tuesday 2nd January 2024. It is possible that there could be unexpected delays with delivery during this time.
