Vintage Gotz 16" Baby Doll

Vinyl head and limbs, cloth body, rooted hair, sleep eyes. I searched the ID sites and couldn't find her. Head mold is the same that was later used by Pleasant Company/American Girl for Our New Baby, and Bitty Baby. Has some shine marks on vinyl. Cloth body has some stains/spots, I washed her body and some of these might be water stains from when she dried. Has a tiny ink stain on forehead, and a couple of small spots on arm and leg. Eyes work well. Neck string is long, but loose. Hair hasn't been cut, bangs are kind of hidden because they dried to the side ~ based on the back of her head I'm pretty sure she originally had pigtails. Hair is nice and thick, and shiny, a little dry at the ends. She could use a good cleaning. Gotz-Puppe on back of neck. No chew marks, or polish on nails.
