Offering a pair
of antique, red silk Lotus slipper shoes from
China. These little shoes were made for rich ladies whose feet had been bound.
This pair is heavily embroidered with flowers on the sides. The toes have cloud formations in a metallic thread. The tiny shoes show the age wear of historical items.
There is an abundance of hand stitching throughout these shoes, including the stiff, multi-layered soles.
