Our family loves dinosaurs but we need to downsize a few. He could possibly be a gator, not completely sure!This piece was purchased at an Estate sale years ago. I have no idea who the artist is or where they are located. To ME it feels like Mohair (my mom had a mohair bear growing up whose fur has the same feel).
His name is Mr Snapsworth, and he looks like what folks used to call a "Hobo". Top hat, walking stick and backpack. And the tag with only his name. He has a sewn in tag that says "Handmade with Love, this is NOT a toy". Weighted item so will sit.
See ALL details. From the style and material I believe could be from the 50's, or possibly up til the 70's. I can find no comps or similar. Let me know if you know anything about him!
