We would expect all UK deliveries to be received within 1-4 working days.  If you are unable to accept your parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office or Courier.  If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.

Returns are accepted on unused items in their original condition only.

Used items can not be returned due to hygiene rules. The product price of the item will be refunded upon safe receipt of the returned item. Postage costs will not be refunded. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
