Our policy at Gudz is to process and despatch orders within 24 hours to ensure your goods get to you safely and quickly. If a situation arises where, for any reason, your order will take longer than 24 hours, we will contact you immediately, offering our apologies and the reasons for the delay.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail or via courier. Royal Mail terms and conditions state that a parcel is not considered lost unless it has been in the postal system for over 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international. If your parcel is unfortunately undelivered or lost, please first check with your local post office to see if it is being held for collection. Failing this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will strive to sort out a replacement package.
Please note, we are unable to send you a replacement package until it has passed the time frame specified for lost packages. Furthermore, we only consider processing claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.
Returns

Goods need to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Goods should be unopened, unused and in its original condition including all packaging, product boxes, labels & tags.
