Typical history of the era with many buried names in the history portion and biographies of the local residents. These will vary in length from 1 line to a half page. The bios may contain, name of parents, spouse, in-law, children, where born and occupation. The short ones will provide, name, occupation & residence.

Lee county is in eastern Iowa with the following towns Donnellson, Fort Madison, Franklin, Houghton, Keokuk, Montrose, St. Paul, West Point and Denmark.
