I purchased this in the1970's and used to hold my room key & lipstick on cruises.

Main color is Silver with Gold trim, Black cord shoulder strap and a black Velvet lining inside 

Aprox 5" tall and 8" wide with a 19" drop to the strap. Please see pics.
