Ravage MYRTE Style R30951-027-1:  this is a bandeau shaped, U/W, oxblood red mesh lined with black mesh, bustier, embroidered with a large outlined pattern of roses and leaves in black embroidery over the front body and nestling amongst the flowers is a full black embroidered rose with leaves.    The mesh is incredibly soft to touch and both the red outer layer and the black inner layer are very sheer but together the black grounds the red, giving the two together a moire effect.  This bustier has four detachable suspenders and this fastens at the back with two double rows of thirteen red hooks and eyes on red fabric. This Myrte bandeau bra will fit someone who is A or B cup sized so the Small fits a 32 A or B

An embroidered aubergine coloured corsage is sewn to part of the left hand side front strap and the bottom petals are sewn to the outside of the left hand cup, some embroidered leaves float over the cup and the petals float over the join between the front strap and the cups.  There is an aubergine coloured mesh ruffled centre to the flower, standing proud of the petals behind it.  

There is a central panel covering the lightly padded cups, with panels at each side and there are central seams running vertically down the centre of the cups and on down to the bottom where these three panels merge with the black embroidered outline of a large rose and leaves, showing an interesting bottom which has their petals and leaves flowing over the pants below.  At the top, these three front panels cover the cups and the underwires out to the side seam, the fabric is folded over the top of the cups, secured by the pads inside, thus the top of the cups have a smooth and elegant edge.

The front straps are sewn inside the top of the cups, these are lined with red twill fabric, covered on the outside with red over black mesh and embroidered up the centre with a repeat pattern of the veins in the leaves.  The front straps loop over a red ring over the shoulder.  The back straps are in flat red elastic with a satin sheen and these also loop through the top red ring and adjust downwards with a red butterfly slider.  At the bottom the back straps are sewn inside the red elastic which forms the top of the back of the bustier and the underband of the bandeau bra, inside these two bands of elastic is a panel of black mesh forming the back of the bra.   Between the two underwires and out to the wings there is a red lightly padded section, covered in red mesh to make the bandeau bra comfortable and fit well.

From the side panels there are two panels at each side of the central back fastening, also in the red over black mesh, without embroidery.  The detachable red suspenders hang from double hooks looped inside red elastic loops sewn to the red elastic which edges the bottom of the back of this bustier.  The front suspenders hang from red loops sewn into the back of the embroidered red and black mesh.  These suspenders are in flat red elastic with a satin sheen, they have red metal suspender clips with translucent buttons inside and they are adjustable in length upwards from the clips, with red butterfly sliders.  Red satin ribbons cover the front and back of the clips, cut on the diagonal at the bottom.

I love all the design details in this Myrte bustier.  Ravage takes some simple red mesh, and black mesh and creates such a soft, sensuous, delightful, sheer yet modest top, where the inner black layer enlivens the red and keeps out the light.  The fabric is composed of: 77% Polyamide, 14%Elastane, 6%Polyurethane, 3%Polyester.  100% Made in France.  This may be machine washed, or hand washed on cool.  Use no bleach, do not tumble dry.  Do not iron.  It may be dry cleaned.    The retail price was £158.00.
