Why my towels are not warm enough after heating?

1. Make sure the lid is put properly;

2. Make sure you choose the heating time after powering on.

If the above steps are correctly done, the towel warmer will start working. IF NOT, the towel warmer will not heat.

Can I put wet towels in the towel warmer? Which kind of fabrics can I warm?

No. The towel warmer is for DRY fabric items. You can warm cotton, wool, linen, polyester, and cupro fabrics. Don’t try heating other fiber types or non-heat-resistant materials.

How long does it take to get a warm towel?

Usually in 10-15 minutes you can have a toasty warm towel. You can also choose longer heating time like 30min or 50min for warming large towel/blanket.

How to use the towel warmer safely?

1. If the led strip shows red/orange light, avoid direct contact with hot inner surface when taking items in and out. Touching the surface while hot may cause burns.

2. Allow the unit to cool down before moving or storing it.

What does the bottom LED strip light indicate?

The color of the bottom strip light indicates the interior surface temperature of the towel warmer.

Green: <131℉( 55℃); Orange: 131 -158℉ (55-70℃); Red: >158℉ (70℃)
