2002-2008 3rd gen Dodge Ram Frame repair for rusted out frames. This is the outer frame rail section that the fuel crossmember tube sticks out through. Hopefully in the future i will have full crossmembers. But for now these plates will come as pair tondo the both outer frame rail sides to patch any holes, or to do a single frame rail outside and inside by cutting the middle of the hole and sliding it around the tube on the inside up against the gas tank. There are no other options out there. I finally decided to break out fusion 360 and create a solution. Attached in the pictures are my own truck and how these panels fit.

Made of 3/16" mild steel. And cut on a plasma table to precise measurements.

Also included are the center circles that the plasma cut out so you can cap the tube if youd like. Or keep on the side and use for a future project.

WELDING KNOWLEDGE AND WELDER NEEDED FOR THIS JOB. Seems obvious but it needs to be said. Please follow the instructions properly and it will come out awesome. I am available to get custom length pieces cut out.

All pieces designed on fusion 360 and have gone through multiple revisions to be perfect, and then they were cut on a plasma table for precise cuts. This will fit perfectly on a crew cab short bed and single cab long bed. I have plenty in stock on the shelf right now but i will add extras on the quantity and will be made to order once i finish my stock in house. I will do my best to keep them on hand and eBay updated, but please give me 3-4 days to ship out if i dont have any on hand. Hoping to save some dodge frames out there and an easy solution for welders to get a job done quick and easy.
