Condition - This gown is in very good condition.  I do not see any stains or flaws.  It is custom made by a seamstress so measurements need to be checked for a proper fit.

Measurements:

Shoulder to Hem - 53 inches

Side Seam - 45 inches

Sleeve Inseam - 4 1/2 inches

Sleeve Shoulder Seam to Sleeve Hem - 12 inches (straight measure not measuring the big poof)

Under Arm to Under Arm Seam - 17 1/2 inches

Shoulder Seam to Shoulder Seam - 15 inches

Hem Opening Flat - 28 inches (at top of ruffles), 90 inches approximately (at hem) around 180 to 200 inches around

Length of Ruffle - 21 inches
