Here's a brand new, in the original box, Italian made Deda Elementi ZeroNero stem in a 120mm length.  It has modern 1 1/8" steerer and 31.8mm bar clamp.  It has an 8 degree reversible pitch.  This stem is all carbon with no metal other than the bolts.
