This is mainly to cover abnormal costs incurred by us, like (but not limited to) custom products, design work taken place, cancellation of 3rd party contracts (e.g. installers), storage costs, etc. In the event that our incurred costs are lower than the deposit taken, we may choose (at our discretion) to offer you a partial refund of your deposit. What is the warranty period on ElectroMarket products? All of our products come with a 1 year warranty from the day of receiving the item.
