You are looking at an extereme rare "ALTEC MODEL 605 CABINETS"
specifically made for 60X series duplex speakers.
First introduced in mid 40s by ALTEC, 60X duplex speaker became one of the top line in the industry.
Now let's talk about the cabinets that goes with this masterpiece.
MODEL 605 Enclosures were one of the custom-made cabinets
ALTEC released along with their famous 612 cabinets
specifically designed to fit the 60X series speakers.
These discreate enclosures/cabinets were designed to enhance the 60Hz,
the beef frequency of the 60X speakers, to the maximum level,
which led these cabinets turn into a bass monster.
I don't see many of them went around in the United states. Extremely rare.
This is absolutely the top of the line speaker system ever created by the early-mid ALTEC.

Exterior is beautifully finished and all the components are
in great working condition as well.
