This story is charming in every respect, with adorable illustrations in full color...but this story is also notably the first appearance of Donald Duck in the Disney books or movies!  This 9 1/2 x 13 book is bound on a linen-like fabric; I cannot be certain of it's content, but it is clearly very sturdy!  The beautiful color illustrations are given the wonderful patina of time....just a lovely book to read your children or grandchildren, or to add to your vintage book or Disney collection!
