The closure area around the neck needs to be replaced as well as there is a small hole on the opposite side where the clasp is that has a small tear due to the clasp needing to be replaced. Please look at the pictures. Absolutely beautiful pet jacket and Velcro over time may need replacement as well, but still works currently. Please know that you will have to fix the neck area to make this work or add a loop of some sort.
