Derby S.P. Co. International  # 1232  some other letters but I can not read them
Measures: 15" Tall  & 8" x 8.5" Wide at top 
Metal:  I believe it is a silver plate ( over metal) based on the tarnish and discolor as well as the maker
PREOWNED Antique CONDITION - Vintage Surface Wear and  lots of tranish and age discolor - Note The Basket is a bit uneven .. may be able to bend back in place but selling as is.
