The front has been decorated with an enamel plaque of a classical design

surrounded by Pau Shell

Condition:

The clock does not work

On the front panel there is some cracking to the shell behind the silver

The back plate would have ben hinged originally the hinge is broken

The clock would have been held by two small screws in the side these are missing
